
Josh Tubbs
Josh Tubbs was appointed Marshall County Planner in March 2007.
Josh received his Bachelor of Science from Murray State University in May 2004. He completed graduate studies in the Master of Public Administration program at Murray State University in May 2006.
Originally from Marshall county, Josh and the staff of the County Planner's office pledge to provide the utmost professionalism in public service. The Marshall County Planner's Office remains diligent in assisting the Marshall County Fiscal Court and the citizens of Marshall County in planning for the future sustainability of Marshall County.
Josh currently resides in the Fairdealing area with his daughter, Riley.

Wendy Baxter
Wendy Baxter is a Class of 2000 graduate of Marshall County High School and also a class of 2003 graduate of Paducah Community College. She has worked for Marshall County Fiscal Court since May of 2000.
Wendy was selected as the 2003-2004 Volunteer of Year by the Marshall County Chamber of Commerce. She has been involved in numerous community agencies which include the following: Marshall County Family Week, Marshall County Tobacco Coalition, Marshall County ASAP, Marshall County A & I Fair, Marshall County Health Council, Marshall County Relay for Life, Marshall County Habitat for Humanity and she is also involved with the Character Counts organization.
Wendy has been a Notary Public since September 2, 2004.
